  • I enjoy working with adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns, including relationships and sex, infertility, PTSD and trauma, mountain trauma and stress injuries, depression, anxiety, survivors of abuse, grief and loss, gender identity, stress management, and life transitions.

I have additional training to provide informed and affirming care for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender nonbinary, and gender expansive people. All are welcome!

  • I work with individuals and couples to address concerns related to desire disparities, sexual functioning, intimacy, communication, and the emotional aspects of sexual relationships. Sessions provide a safe, shame-free space to explore sexuality and foster greater connection and fulfillment.

  • I support couples in strengthening communication, deepening emotional connection, and working through conflict. My work draws from research-supported frameworks to help partners feel secure, understood, and connected.

  • I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including:

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and distressing memories

    • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore parts of the self with compassion

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors

    • Gestalt Therapy to increase awareness, authenticity, and present-moment connection

    • Gottman Method Couples Therapy for practical, research-based relationship tools

    • I am currently completing my Sex Therapy Certification through the Sexual Health Alliance, a nationally recognized organization known for its inclusive, evidence-based approach to sexual health and intimacy. This advanced training deepens my ability to support individuals and couples in navigating concerns related to sex, intimacy, identity, and connection within a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental therapeutic space.
